Yellow Lake Perch Fillets - 11 lbs

This is the second time I have purchased the yellow perch fillets, and I have been very happy with both shipments. The product is very consistent. I weighed the packages out of curiosity and found all eleven were within an ounce of one pound, with most being slightly over. The fillets are clean and scale free, and we have yet to find a bone. This year I tried the IQF Walleye Fillets. They are consistently around eight ounces, and like the perch, scale and bone free.

Ordered 11 lbs, received just 5 lbs. sent photos and clerk insinuated that I was not truthful. I finally got a credit for the difference in price back to my credit card. Employee needs a lesson in customer service!

Born and raised in Michigan and transplanted in Florida. I have to have my Perch fix and this stuff is the best. Well packaged, cleanly filleted, delicious.

We have ordered a few time from this company. The perch & blue gills have been so tasty, just like when we caught them ourselves back in Michigan. Some filets are a little small, but a pound is a pound so that's good.

Received my package with the shipping tape falling off. I had also ordered 11 lbs. of walleye. Both were shipped in the same container. The dry ice was totally gone. I had ordered a 5 lb. package of walleye previously and it came in the same size shipping cantainer and had plenty of dry ice that lasted two days after it was received. But I also paid $45.00 for shipping. This order was free shipping because of the $648.00 order. Love the products. Your shipping methods need to be revisited.

They perch came when they said they would. I waited at home so to get them right in the freezer. This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering and I've always been happy to get them. It reminds me of the days I fished with my Grandpa in the upper peninsula. Great memories. Thanks for giving me a memory of my Grandpa as he is not here anymore.

At about $36 per pound, these fillets are a bit pricey. While they may be superior to white perch (an unrelated species), I can get white perch in my area for $7 per pound or less. While we do have yellow perch in my area, there is not a significant fisheries for them. Pity on his the points as they are a personal favorite of mine. If you can afford them, I'll whole heartedly recommended them, as the are one of them best eating fish available.

These fish are fantastic. They arrived completely frozen in about 1lb vacuum packages. I've had these in the past and will continue to buy them in the future.

Almost as good as catching them yourself......

Moved to Nevada just over two years ago and have been craving yellow lake perch, which doesn't seem, to exist in the Las Vegas area. Just received our first order and it was as good, if not better, than any fresh caught perch I can remember. Well packed, with dry ice, and delicious!

My order arrived frozen (the temperature was in the high 80's that day here in Florida). We have enjoyed 1 pound of delicious yellow lake perch. It is fabulous! We will definitely be ordering again.
