Indian grown, Indian harvested. Red Lake Nation brand premium long grain wild rice roasted to perfection and then scarified to a light finish to shorten the cook time and impart that rich "traditional" flavor so loved by the Chippewa People. A taste truly worth those few extra pennies!

To be honest, I only ordered the wild rice because I needed to spend a few dollars more to get free shipping and save $40 on my Lake Trout, which is all I really wanted at the time. But it was much better than I had expected. It's a perfect side with fish, tastes great, and it's very easy to prepare. I'll be getting it again.
