Whitefish Fillets - Skin on - 11 lbs

The Whitefish was wonderful in fact it was the best fish I've ever eaten without exception! The shipment went without a problem. I will do another order post haste!

I ordered the white fish for my husband to try. It came several days later and came in a well insulated carton. Dry ice was still doing it's job. We were very pleased. My husband also ordered 2 gift cards for his sisters that really impressed them. Great product, I moved to Texas from Michigan two years and if you don't like catfish,you basically out of luck down here. I don't have a boat so very expensive to rent one, we have gone four times and never caught anything. . Cheaper to buy your great fish even if a bit expensive.

Came individually wrapped and prepared for cooking. Taste good, price is ok knowing it is a good fresh wild caught product.

The whitefish we purchased while living in Northern Michigan were white of flesh and firm in texture. These are grayish in color, softer and definitely not trimmed with presentation in mind. The flavor is off as well, possibly because of improper handling or being caught in warmer waters.

I have been searching for quality whitefish at a fair price for two years. I always have this fish when I visit Door County and wanted to be able to cook this healthy fish for our family. It is beyond fabulous. Packaged perfectly for freezer storage and high quality. Filleted with precision and it is easy to take off the skin. We have a diabetic in our family so ths is a wonderful find. We will be customers for a long time
