      ALTHOUGH IT WASN'T TERRIBLE, WE JUST DIDN'T CARE FOR IT. WE HAVE AVID HUNTERS IN THE FAMILY. VENISON SUMMER SAUSAGE IS A STAPLE THAT IS MADE FROM THEIR HUNTING TRIPS. WE ARE USED TO A BIT MORE SPICE AND A LITTLE LEANER. YOUR SAUSAGE DID HAVE GOOD CONSISTANCY THOUGH.
