Smoked Fish Trio - 3 pounds

My family enjoyed the whitefish and salmon most of all, but it was a great holiday treat.

Each was a nice size and packaged. The smokiness is just enough so that eh fish flavor is enhanced and not overpowered.

Not a fan. The fish wasn't very fresh, and the flavor was just okay. I'll stick with the walleye.

I placed an order on Jan 12 and it was scheduled for delivery on Jan 17th. Due to the weather there was a delay and it was not delivered until the 23rd. There were other complications and it was not received until Jan 27th. After discussing the matter with Peggy, I mailed all of the documentation to California, still waiting for a response but have no doubts that Walleye Direct will address the issue. Have always had a good experience with this company.

For our family gathering this year, we had an organized breakfast and then just grazed for the remainder of the day. As part of my contribution to the pasture, I brought the Smoked fish trio and an assortment of crackers. It was a big hit. No scraps to bring home. Well, maybe a few crackers!

Being from Wisconsin I used to get smoked fish from a local fish market. I was skeptical about trying frozen smoked fish. I sould not have been. All three different fish were very enjoyable. They are not fresh but they all retained the great flavor of a high quality smoked fish.

shipping arrived right on time with tons of dry ice fish still frozen solid very impressive I have not yet had time to test the different smoked fish items put it looks very good so we shall see

I have always ordered the whitefish and decided to order the three fish trio. What a great choice on omy part. As always the white fish was so good! The trout and salmon we done just right. DOn't hesitate.
