Skinless 6-8 oz fillets of walleye wild caught in Canada vacuum-packed in roughly 1 pound packages.
Your fish will be caught in the pristine lakes of Canada where they are immediately filleted and cleaned and then packaged in roughly one pound packages and then flash frozen to ensure freshness. The fillets are perfect size for a dinner plate, you can plan for 2 people per pound when you order. The fish has been cleaned and inspected at a modern facility so it's mostly free from bones and ready to cook your favorite recipe.

How it tastes
Walleye are regarded as the best tasting freshwater fish in the world prized by anglers for its tender flaky meat. It is not very fishy.
Ways to cook
One of the best ways to cook walleye is by pan-searing it until golden brown, which enhances its natural taste. Breaded and fried and deep fried are probably the most common and traditional methods. Baking walleye with lemon slices and fresh herbs is another excellent method. Grilling walleye also works wonderfully, giving it a smoky and slightly charred taste.
