The breading mix complimented the Walleye fish.

The breading flavor was very good.

I placed 4 separate orders for the holiday season. Each was delivered on time. The filets in each shipment were frozen as hard as the proverbial rock. More importantly for each recipient it was their first time enjoying walleye. I am now 90 years of age, from Minnesota, and have a lifelong taste for walleye. The orders were perfect. I order this breading with every fish order. It has a lot of flavor and it’s perfect for the fish. Easy to use and stays on the fish.

I don't usually use commercial breading, BUT this one is so good. Not to heavy and lightly seasioned so the flavor of the walleye shines through.

I used it with the perch I ordered, the instructions were very clear and the perch came out great with the batter. I would definitely order again.

It was OK, but nothing to write home about. The second time I used it, I mixed it with corn meal and it was much better.

Disappointing. It called for 1/2 cup for a pound of fish. That was way too much. 1/3 or even 1/4 cup would have been plenty. And I followed the directions, mixing it with a raw egg, but it didn’t stick to the fish hardly at all. What did stick had little taste. Probably would give one star except that I only bought it to get free shipping.

Made the walleye very tasty.

I like this breading and always get some extra to use with all my flounder after all my walleye is gone.

Ok but too salty for us bur I mixed more cornmeal and flour to make it better.

Tasty, reminds me of the old days on the lakes up North. Way up North. It was fish, cook fish some more and cook over open fire. Good old days . It is very tasty.

Shore lunch is an ok product, it works very well, we just like the brand we have been using better

I did a side by side comparison with Shore Breading and my flour mixture. With the Shore Breading the fish comes out more tender with flour it comes out more crispy. It all depends on what you like.

Great taste but the breading already contains all the salt (sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate and monosodium glutamate) most users will want or need. Don't add more salt, even if your usual breading needs it. My wife added her usual light sprinkling of salt to the milk/egg mix and made the batch inedible.
