Just fish and a slight water only glaze to protet them.Grab whatever size you need for the meal. Northern Pike are a bony fish and we don't get all the bones on these. We have been receiving complaints on bones and I hear you. There are limited options on this product so if you only want boneless this isn't the best product for you.
