I ordered the Catfish Fillets and let some relatives try them. Everyone was
in awe of how delicious, and fresh tasting they were. They didn't have a muddy taste like some catfish do when you catch them yourselves from creek or rivers . They were not tough . They were very awesome and excellent. They were the freshest fish I have ever tasted. They taste better from Walleye direct than if you had ordered them from a restaraunt. I definitely do plan on ordering more. I would like some info about the walleye as I have heard that they are excellent also
