Catfish Fillets - Skinless - 15 lbs

Catfish arrived three days after ordered, fish were still frozen hard with outdoor temps in mid 80's. We rolled the filets in cornmeal and deep fried them; they were as good as fresh caught. 15 pounds of good southern grown catfish from Walleye Direct with no shipping charge is a good deal. Sometimes silver bait works best. : )

This catfish turned out to be better than expected. I am a happy camper for I am the only fish eater in the house. Their is not anyplace to get catfish here in the PNW. Thank you Walleye Direct

Nice thick catfish filets. I was surprised to see they arrived in a cardboard box on a Monday after sitting down in Las Vegas over the weekend. but they were all still deeply frozen with no partial thawing whatsoever as sometimes happens with food shipped in Styrofoam boxes. these are nice juicy fillets. Best catfish I've had in years!

I wasn’t happy with the taste of this farm grown catfish it had a strong taste never experienced This before.

We can't get catfish locally, so I was happy to give Walleye Direct a try. The fish arrived in perfect condition, frozen solid with just a tad of dry ice left. We have eaten it twice now and the fillets are wonderful. They taste like fresh and there is nothing quite like the rich flavor and texture of catfish!

I ordered Catfish and Walleye fillets and received them as scheduled. Much of the dry ice was gone but the fillets were still frozen. The packaging was great and insulated well. The delivery came around 3;30 PM in time to defrost some catfish and have a fish fry, with french fries and homemade cole slaw and a few beers...

My wife and I love good farmed catfish. The catfish from Walleye Direct are amazing. They are not vacuum packed, but seem to have a glaze on the fillets and are individually frozen, very handy, Mild, tender, perfect!

I grew up along the Mississippi and developed a fondness for catfish at an early age. I am vey wary of Asian aquaculture and their so-called "catfish." Walleye Direct provides an excellent product. My only wish is that I could purchase less than 15#, perhaps 8# or 10#. For a single person such as myself, as opposed to families (or for the large fish fries my mom used to hold), this is a LOT of filets. I will be curious what the quality will be like by the time I get to the last of them.

These catfish fillets are excellent and so-o--o-o-o tasty. I hate to say this because you will start selling out and they might not be available when we're done eating this box. Just like being down South!

I usually get the perch but decided to try the catfish this time and was not disappointed . This reminded me of cooking fish at home , great clean tasting cat fish.

what a great catch both fish and a company whose word is their bond . fresh preserved well packaged ,I want more. can wait to try smelt and will order soon.
