Beer Battered Walleye Strips

Very flavorful. Quick meal that serves well.

These were delicious! Cooked in the air fryer and the batter was not too heavy or salty!

I had ordered the beer battered walleye filets after my trip to Minnesota, where my cousin in law fried some for me. That was my first time trying walleye, and living in Texas, it is not readily available. I found these in a Google search, and am very happy with them. They are as delicious as if I got them fresh.

We love walleye but we moved to Florida. We are so happy to have Walleye Direct shipping their delicious fresh fish to us. We’ve had the non-battered, which is amazing. But this battered option is wonderful for quick meals and again - delicious!

Totally out of this world delicious walleye in a sweet beer battered golden coating. I’ve been cooking them in my air fryer and they come out mouth watering! As a kid growing up on Lake Champlain in VT I grew up eating perch , smelt and Walleye My dad liked to catch a bunch and coat them in his mixture and have a fish fry! These fish I’ve received from Walleye Direct bring me back to those days and brings my dad back to me - I know he’d love them! Gotta get some perch next when finances allow to make it all complete!
