IQF Walleye Fillets - 5 lbs

My wife made our first dish of Walleye from the Yellowstone CookBook & BOY! Was that a fantastic receipe for your FANTASTIC WALLEYE FILLETS. We tried them just beer battered and great with a side dish of spanish rice. Look forward when you get colossal King Crab legs. Please let me know when.

Filets are big and good for 2 meals.

Perfectly tasting. Arrived flash frozen solid. Went right to the freezer. Thawed, breaded, fried and delightful. I could have been in Wisconsin at a fish fry - but was in Marin County California!

Set my mom walleye filets because she had been sad that she was not able to get them in Washington State. They lived in Kingsville Ontario and missed having the fresh seafood there at the dock so I sent these to her and she is thrilled. She cooked them up for herself and my brothers and they really enjoyed them. My brother said it reminded him of being at the Canadian legion and Kingsville for fish fry on Fridays.

As good as it gets

I ordered on a Wednesday and paid extra for overnight, $80 and my order was not delivered till the following Monday! I live in Florida what a total waste of my money. I was assured I would receive my order no later than Friday.

The walleye that I received was excellent, still frozen and was great 👍 👌

The Walleye Fillets arrived in excellent condition as planned ontime. We love this fish and just last evening, I plated up some baked Walleye stuffed with Maryland crab . Yes I included some Old Bay... but also some shredded Parmesan and lemon butter marinade. The management of the household said it was my best effort with the Walleye Fillets and plan to repeat that dinner frequently !!
