      This is the product we had sold before and replaced with vacuum packed walleye.

      To be honest, I have purchased several orders, mostly IQF walleye and smelt, to give to my friends in the US. I am overseas, and unfortunately, cannot send this product to myself.       The walleye are large & 2 fillets will be more than enough for a meal for my wife & I. I'm really happy to see the IQF (individually quick frozen) pack back because we got 6 packages of two fillets each out of this 5 pounds. With the 5 x 1 lb vacuum pack we ended up throwing walleye away because we can't eat a full lb of walleye no matter how hard we tried!.
