IQF Walleye Fillets - 5 lbs

My order came perfectly shipped! Excellent packaging and frozen with dry ice. Not even the hint of thawing out. Nice size fillet, perfect for individual serving. Because of the pandemic they did not arrive individually vacuum packed as advertised. A bit disappointing but understandable. Upon cooking they were excellent and better than my last restaurant order. I will be ordering again. Great product!

This is the third time I have ordered fish from WalleyeDirect. The fish is exceptional, the tracking on the package is always up to date and time, Our gift for fathers day was on time and my father in law has already had some walleye.

My order arrived very quickly. Still frozen solid. The fish is delicious!

The only down thing was the shipping charges seemed way too high. That might stop me from reordering.

This was excellent walleye. Fabulous taste. Nice and flaky. My purchase included 11 lbs of Sauger. The only downside was that the dry ice in the box had already evaporated by the time it was dropped at my door. The product was fine. Didn’t notice any fillets that had melted. My concern would be that if had arrived a bit later in the day a bunch of fillets may have been defrosted.

Overall a light sweet fish with good texture.Does not need sauces or even lemon for a flavorful meal.

Suggest wrapping individually instead of freezing all together. But pleased with the quality and the timeliness

When I moved to SoCal I missed the Friday walleye diners I was able to have back home in Minnesota. One of my favorite memory foods and the filets I ordered are just like home. I am going to order more soon and treat my CA friends to a fish fry.

So far so go. Had a fish fry over Memorial Day weekend and it was excellent. The dry ice had completely evaporated at the time of delivery but fortunately fish was still frozen.

Well packed and excellent service are hallmarks of this company. Delicious Walleye is a treat I have missed sense moving to Arizona many years ago. So glad I found your site. It’s not cheap but quite economical when you compare the expense of catching your own! I will be ordering again and again

Always love the walleye. Just being two of us I hope the vacuum packaging comes back. Understand why it's not available now. Followed your recipe for Cioppino on mothers day and it was great!

Shipment came well packaged. The fillet sizes were as advertised. Am satisfied.
