IQF Walleye Fillets - 5 lbs

Product arrived in two days. Each walleye filet was individually frozen making it easy to pack in zip lock bags according to my preferences. I backed the first servings using a recipe for walleye direct. I will pan fry the next serving and use less butter / oil for cooking. Just my preference. The cooked fish was flavorful and moist. I am pleased.

Fried with cornmeal, fried with flour, grilled on the gas grill, finally fish that tastes like fresh fish. No more grocery store junk, You may think its expensive to eat this fish, but put gas in the truck, gas in the boat, drive hours to the lake and hope you catch something.... camp out, fees, camp food, Yup its a GREAT time fishing, But buying this product is a guaranteed catch.

I received our Walleye as promised and could not be happier. I am a Minnesota guy and live in Florida where Walleye is not available. My wife can’t seafoods so a fresh water fish is her only option. We both loved our walleye and look forward to eating our perch. I have recommended Walleye Direct to our friend.

Placed an order primarily for Lake Perch but included an order of Walleye. Never had Walleye before but It is al larger version of the lake perch. I was delightful and will be included on my next order.

Just as I remembered 40 years ago Friday fish fry while living in Wisconsin . Excellent sweet and fresh fillets. Shipping is a bit expensive and may deter some buyers. Hope seller will be able to reduce the shipping cost.

We love the walleye fillets. I was concerned that frozen walleye wouldn’t be as tasty as fresh. I’m pleased to say the walleye is tastier than the fresh I can buy here in Ohio.

the walleye fillets were delicious. I haven't had walleye in a couple of years. Needed a fix so this fills the bill. We had a guest over for dinner. She had never had walleye before and she loved them. Next, we have to encourage our granddaughter to try some.

Delivery was as promised, tracking notifications allowed me to watch for delivery and pop in the freezer upon arrival on our doorstep. Kept it in the freezer for 2 weeks, just cooked it last night for friends, everyone loved it, no leftovers! Will definitely order again very soon!
