IQF Walleye Fillets - 5 lbs

OMG, so delicious. Nice sized, package was well packed and frozen. The flavor is delicious. If you want great walleye, this is the place to get it. My only request is for filets to be skinned only because I am not good at skinning fish.

We live in Alaska, where we of course have access to excellent seafood... but not walleye or perch. We used to live in Wisconsin, where we would catch both out of cold lakes. So, our recent purchase of walleye fillets was a major treat.

Our order arrived very quickly, well packed, and frozen. The Walleye has been delicious. We also purchased salmon with the Walleye which was in the same shipment and equally delicious, We plan to try some of the other fish in the future. SE Texas is not a hot spot for finding Walleye in fish markets. We're glad we have found a good source.

I moved from the Midwest 12 years ago, haven’t had walleye since then until I found Walleye Direct. This is excellent walleye, it’s great to know I can now enjoy it again. Highly recommended!!

My family used to go fishing, so I knew what excellent walleye should be. I am not at all disappointed. The filets are well packed and taste fabulous! I'm happy I ordered them and I didn't have to go to Canada to catch them.

We were very pleased with our first order of the 5 lb Walleye. Especially since we received 10 lbs. Seems our son decided to send us 5 lbs as a Christmas gift. Great idea. ‘Skin on’ wasn’t an issue and barely noticeable. We has some concerns about the shipping costs, but after seeing the packing, we now understand why. Great job and frozen solid all the way to Florida! We’ll done. We are eating well!

I fish in my area for Crappie and catch bunches. The Lakes I fish are water sources for local area but unfortunately...no Walleye. There are sporadic Lakes that have Walleye but there are eating restrictions that cause me concern. Knowing these were caught in pristine waters in Canada was very reassuring. I hadn't tasted Walleye in years and remembered them to be among the best tasting fish I had ever eaten. I love the Crappie but to me, the Walleye is a step above. When I saw Walleye Direct, while searching for Lakes to fish that contained Walleye , I got excited. When I baked them up I felt like a kid again. Great fish and tasted like I had just caught them. Wouldn’t buy again. Very expensive for what you get. Did come frozen and on time but didn’t have the flavor expected

My husband and I are from Michigan and walleye is our favorite fish. We now live in Texas where walleye is very hard to find. I ordered a 5 lbs. package of Walleye individually frozen fillets for my husband (and me!) for Christmas. I chose the two day delivery. The fish arrived in perfect condition, frozen solid. We've already enjoyed our first walleye meal in a long time! Thank you!! We'll be ordering again!

That was just wonderful, and I will definitely order it again and hopefully some perch when you have it in stock. It is hard living in AZ and not having access to the great fish of the Midwest.

Having moved away from a Minnesota, where I developed a taste for walleye, I missed having it as part of my recipes. When I found this site, I jumped right on and ordered. The fish is fabulous. It’s perfect for pan or oven. My first order won’t be the last.
