IQF Walleye Fillets - 5 lbs

Walleye from walleye direct has always been great pan frying and in the deep fryer with a little flour and salt.

Born and raised in the Midwest, now living on the West Coast. No matter how much salmon I eat, I never get over my craving for lake fish. We have ordered from Walleye Direct several times now and have never been disappointed. As usual, our shipment arrived in good time and in perfect condition. Frying up a couple of walleye for dinner is such a treat!

As always the walleye are great. The only thing I would have preferred the vacuum pack if it had been available.

We love the fillets and look forward to enjoying more meals.

Ordered two 5 pound walleye filets. They came in an excellent insulated package. One filet is enough for one persons dinner. Pan fried some and they were very tasty. Highly recommended.

Growing up in Wisconsin we were fortunate to be able to fish walleye as well as have them almost every Week as our family were fans of Fish-Fry Fridays and went to enjoy the fresh walleye and perch supper clubs. To me, Walleye is the best of water fish. When I lived in the north, I would eat walleye whenever I could. I now live in the deep south where walleye is not available except from Walleye Direct. My first order arrived as scheduled, completely frozen. I individually wrapped them in my food saver bags I'm happy. Walleye Direct is my "fishing hole" for the freshwater fish from the northern lakes. Next time I'll order the perch.

With a hunger for fresh fish and no local source, I found Walleye Direct on Google and took a chance on ordering two packages. The fish arrived well packed, IQF frozen solid, and we had delicious Walleye for supper that same night. There's only two of us, so this order will last a few weeks or months, but we will order again!

It's been a long time since we fished the lakes of Minnesota for Walleye, so I took a chance to see if you were as good as you said you were. The IQF fillets were perfect. I dredged them in egg, rolled in 1/2 flour and 1/2 Panko and pan fried them and served them with Steak Fries with Malt Vinegar and homemade Tartar sauce. There were Mmmmmmms all around the table. I can't wait to buy more.

My family and I have loved walleye for a long time. The walleye from Walleye Direct did not disappoint in any way. It was everything that we hoped for.

Came hard frozen and had two that evening with wild rice. Pricy yes but worth it!

The walleye is great reminds me of lake Erie

Ordered fish for myself and my father. Delivered to two different addresses in Indiana. Fish was frozen upon delivery at both places.

Walleye is my favorite kind of fish. My Dad used to catch them in Long Lake near Traverse City, MI. I've lived in California and then in Texas for many years, and am grateful that these delicious freshwater fish can be shipped to me. I've prepared them in a few different ways, and they are always yummy!

Fish was in good shape when i got it vacuum packed it when i got it so it won't get ice crystals on it pricey high but good fish

We purchased some Walleye for our Wisconsin native daughter-in-law who now lives in Wyoming and really misses the availability of freshwater fish. She has declared We're the best in-laws ever, so she definitely loved her Christmas fish!!

The walleye fillets are outstanding. The quality and taste are wonderful. But none of that is possible without a great company and great service. I highly recommend that if you’re looking for not just walleye, but a lot of other great tasting fish, this is the place to do your business.

We have always ordered our Walleye from Direct for our special traditional Christmas Eve dinner. The ordering is always easy and the service is outstanding, this year was no different for those components. However, unfortunately the fillets that we received were very disappointing. They were thinner than years past and we had to cut off half of several of the fillets. The taste was still good, but it required a lot more fillets to feed our family. I will continue to order from Walleye Direct due to past years experience, but if this were our first year ordering we would not order again.
