IQF Walleye Fillets - 11 lbs

These fillets arrived in perfect frozen condition. Upon arrival I thaw 4 fillets out to try out. They were just as good as the Walleye fillets I remembered eating on the shore when fishing in Canada. I had no idea you could find Walleye this great outside of being in Canada fishing.

Fish was delivered on time and fresh.

I purchased 22 lbs to save on shipping. I have been a client of Walleye Direct for about 10 years and they continue to supply quality fish.

Just had your fish for supper tonight and it brought back so many memories of summer fishing in Northern Minnesota as a child with my family. We went fishing every summer and would spend at least a week or two at a resort in Minnesota. we would go out fishing during the day and then have a fish fry. Nothing as good as fish fresh from the lake.

We ordered the 2 - Walleye Fillets - 11 pound packages by ground transportation. The packages arrived fully frozen with dry ice still in the styrofoam box. My wife and I have had two Walleye dinners to date. The fish is as fresh as if we had just caught them. No fish smell at all from the thawed fish. Have never gotten them that fresh from out local supermarket. Very delicate and tasty. Will order again and will probably try some of the other fish products.

Arrived frozen solid and we immediately separated 11 lbs into smaller serving freezer packs. They thaw quickly . . . and are delicious. Always nice for a Midwestern "Surf n' Turf".
