IQF Walleye Fillets - 11 lbs

I'm so glad my brother told me about this fish. I intend to order more in the future!

We are first time customers of Walleye Direct. We were very pleased with the way the walleye fillets arrived. They arrived packed in ice and were still frozen solid. We have enjoyed a meal of walleye fillets are were extremely pleased with the freshness.

Shared walleye with some friends. They were impressed, as was I. Gave friends order information. They will order as will I again.

I will have missed two trips to the “Bush” of Manitoba due to the border being closed. I’ve made 80 trips and always have brought back a few walleye for the family to enjoy. So glad we have a firm as Walleye Direct to be able to purchase the fish we love most. Order was shipped on Monday, received Wednesday morning during 90+ heat and fillets were solid. Very pleased to say the least.

WALLEYE FILLETS DELICIOUS NICE SIZE AND BONE FREE, ONLY GAVE 3 STARS BECAUSE OF SHIPPING PROBLEM ,BUT WAS VERY SATISFIED HOW IT WAS RESOLVED AND WOULD NOT EXPECT IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN.

Not happy with the way the fish are packaged Taste is OK but has a fishy smell so questioning the freshness

We ordered 11lbs of walleye for a fish fry and it turned out amazing. the filets were good size and the package was shipped quickly and well protected.

I had a problem related to an extended delivery time which resulted in several walleye fillets being thawed or partially thawed. I was assured that the fillets were safe to eat - and they were delicious as usual. When i called and described my issue, I was greeted with courteous and sincere concern. I was impressed with the high quality of customer service. in my past professional life, I trained hundreds of customer service folks in in an intense business environment. Fro that reason, I know what excellent customer service looks like. Walleye Direct has it's customer service professionalism locjed down, tight.

One of the two boxes of Walleye came thawed. This is my first experience receiving thawed fish. I refroze them and they seem to be ok. Future shipments need more dry ice or shorter delivery time.

Moved to the southern states 10+ years ago and have really missed walleye, crappies and sunfish. They do not have those here it’s tilapia which is not close. I was happy to received my 22 pounds of walleye without any complaints. It’s fresh and tasted so great we had it three days in a roll. Will definitely order again. Thank you!
