IQF Walleye Fillets - 11 lbs

Over all ok but I thought I was getting individually sealed fillets ...not a box of fillets to seal myself .

I had anticipated that these were vacuum packed, but after reading closer they came as described. Vacuum packaging would be a BIG plus and I would be willing to pay a little more for the product.

Received my package of walleye on time as promised. Originally a Wisconsin native I moved to NC 25 years ago and really missed a true fish fry! We’ve made a dent in the 11 lb package and will order again soon. Thanks for a quality product.

They look great. I haven't tasted them yet. I was a bit concerned as the dry ice had dissipated and they were beginning to thaw. The walleye fingers were thawing. I'm not sure how long the product was in transit and I don't know much about dry ice. The bags were empty with no sign of condensation.

Wow, Wow, Wow. If you have never tried walleye but only heard of it you owe it to yourself to try Walleye. It is better than Halibut and as good as sea bass but at half the price. Try the 5lb vac-pac fillets, they are individually vacuum-packed and are the perfect size for two people. They come in one pound packages. They make the best fish tacos in the world!!!

I love the walleye. However originally they indicated it would be shipped on 12/4. When I hadn't received within an expected time I contacted them. I was told that the fish hadn't shipped yet. I asked when it would be shipped because I would be out of town for a few days. I was assured that it wouldn't be shipped until the following Monday which worked fine for me. Instead it was shipped the next day and sat on my porch for two days. Its good that it was cold.

Came perfectly packaged, still frozen, and tasted like just caught from the boat!

Extremely well packed in dry ice and quick delivery. Perfect sized fillets. I am a walleye snob and this is the closest you get to getting walleye fresh out of the lake. Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend, may not be as fun as catching them yourself but it works for me. I do not have any negative feedback.
