IQF Walleye Fillets - 11 lbs

I recently ordered 11 lbs of Walleye Fillets. I worried a little bit because they would be sent to Arizona. But no problem, they arrived with dry ice still surrounding them and they were rock hard and large. And delicious! I would definitely recommend.

Thanks guys, just what we wanted and delivered to our door - without the trials of catching! The fillets are so uniform that it makes easy fixing for any number of guests. And to top it off, this is my wife's favorite meal - so you know the points I score each time I fry up a pan full.

Love these walleyes. Our second time purchasing. They arrived well packed and frozen solid. Although the plastic bag they were in was left untied and wide open.

This is my 4th order Walleye Direct and once again they have delivered a quality product. My filets arrived on time and frozen SOLID! The care in packaging was exceptional. I ordered 11 lbs. of walleye for a fish fry the following day. Everyone was impressed with the taste and quality of the filets. I look forward to my next order.

walleyes were very good and fresh. ones i buy at local super market sometimes have "fishy smell". Ruby Red trout were also very good and tasty

Ordered 11 pounds of walleye fillets. It is HOT in Scottsdale and I noted that in the order. I do not know if the box, which arrived on time, was mispacked or opened in transit. The ice was completely evaporated and the walleye were a mix of semi frozen and fully thawed...with a few totally warm and spoiled. The service department provided a fair adjustment for my next order and the walleyes that made it are excellent as always.

This was our second order of 22 pounds of walleye. It arrived frozen solid and in perfect condition. We've had it for dinner three times since its arrival, and it's perfect. Always reminds me of growing up in Minnesota!

I am not unsatisfied with the fish. I am unsatisfied with how it was packaged. In a big UNSEALED plastic bag. Attempted taping with 2 pieces of duct tape. Very sloppy handling for and expensive package.

The skin on walleye we recieved was outstanding. Large meaty filets. Super fresh when thawed. Beautiful color. Our second order. We will be making more orders.

Nice meaty fillets.

I have been catching and eating Walleye for 50 years now and this Walleye is every bit as good as the best I have ever had. The fish is tender, just "meaty" enough to know that you have a great piece of fish on your plate. And it is tender and full of flavor. It also takes the seasoning perfectly.

The walleye arrived as scheduled and were still frozen hard. Very impressed with the efficiency of the container and the packing. The walleye fillets are wonderful and we have thoroughly enjoyed them; a favorite recipe involves a beer batter treatment. Wonderful stuff

Perfect! Fast, big and wonderful

Walleye is my favorite fish but it is hard to find in Colorado. I was soooo excited to find Walleye Direct. The fillets always taste like they have just been caught. I like the IQF fillets because I can thaw exactly what I need each time (because sometimes I do share...)

The walleye fillets are big and beautiful, let's start with that. This is our fourth order from these folks. But this time, the dry ice was completely gone and the fish was partially thawed. We didn't complain but I knew that WD would have replaced the order if I had asked. I broke them apart and re-vaccuum-packed them in smaller packages and they are just fine. I guess I should have ordered expedited shipping and paid more for it, since we live in the DESERT. Learned my lesson. Still, the walleye is DELICIOUS and we will order again.

WOW! what unbelievably beautiful fillets, fabulous flavor and texture, they arrived frozen solid and much sooner than expected. Again...WOW!
