IQF Yellow Perch Fillets - 10 pounds

I've bought yellow perch twice now,and both times my order came by the date I was told and it was completely frozen. I would recommend them all the time.

Reminds me when I used to live in Wisconsin. I'm retired in Arizona now and this brings back memories of fresh Perch in Wisconsin. Arrived still frozen solid. Very tasty and fresh.

We have been purchasing the product for a couple of years now and have purchased the walleye in both styles of packaging. We have purchased the perch for our last order. The walleye is first rate. Firm large fillets that can be cut to fit a deep fryer basket and with a good beer batter they are supreme. The Perch cuts are average to large in size for this type of fish. The fish is firm, the flavor is sweet. Great buy, but a little on the pricey side. Watch for the sales because it's definitely worth it. Now onto the cheese curd, just excellent, and deep fried is the only way we cook them. They can be served with a couple of different dipping sauces that you enjoy.

The Perch is always great. I deep fry mine in Olive oil. The wife never orders fish in restaurants anymore, because these are that good

The IQF perch came delivered to us in perfect shape. All we had to do was to bag them into the size we wanted. They were still very frozen upon delivery. Great price too!

I grew up in MI, but now live in NC. Walleye Direct is the only way to get a taste of home. Ocean perch just doesn’t cut it. Filets are individually frozen and aren’t stuck together. When prepared, the filets have amazing flavor!!! Been a customer for years.
