IQF Walleye Fillets - Skinless - 11 lbs

Order arrived next after order placed. All fillets were frozen solid upon arrival. We’ve had several fish dinners and more left in the freezer. Fillets were large and absolutely delicious! Could not have been a better experience!

These IQF skinless walleye fillets are the best. They are way above the fillets that were vacuum sealed with three fillets together. The taste is even much better.

You folks are number 1 in my book, my fish came still frozen even though I live the Palm Springs area were the temperature has been in the 100’s, had some the other night, what a treat! Package arrived on time and was In Great Shape -frozen solid and I put it right in the freezer in Ziplock Bags ! Had some for dinner the following week and it was wonderful!!

I recently ordered 16 lbs. of IQF skinless walleye fillets. Over the years I always was able to buy the Vacuum packed walleye. Vac pack was sold out and IQF was the only kind available. I worried that there was going to be a difference in the quality. I worried for no reason, After thawing, these flash frozen fillets were as clean and fresh smelling and tasting as if you just caught them. Like always, delivery was fast and without any problem with the content. I am so grateful there is an outfit like Walleye Direct that can make this tasty fish available.

My order came well packed and right on time. Individually frozen skinless fillets were still frozen solid, despite hot summertime temperatures ! Nice sized fillets were flaky, white and delicious ! Had my first ones breaded in Shore Lunch breading and deep fried to golden perfection. Will definitely order again, when this batch is gone.
