Yellow Lake Perch Fillets - 5 lbs

I received my Perch in excellent condition. They are as good as any I got when I lived in Chicago. Living in Florida all you hear is Grouper, Grouper, Grouper!!! Give me good old fresh water fish. As a recap, excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Good job..

The Lake Perch is excellent. However, it's also a function of how you cook them. I lightly dredge them in flour. Shake off any excess flour then saute in butter with a toulh of canola oil. Excellent. These aren't goin gto last long. I will be ordering more. I'm also waiting for the Crappie to become available.

Hey, I wouldn't pay that much if they weren't so delicious.

I ordered the 5# perch package and it was shipped promptly as promised. I payed for the 2 night air delivery and the package was damaged in shipment and never delivered which was no fault of Walleye Direct. Needless to say I didn't get my package and had to post pone our scheduled fish fry. After calling and leaving a message with Walleye Direct explaining what had happened they promptly returned my call and sent a replacement shipment. It just arrived as promised and is still completely frozen. The fry is back on for this weekend and I expect the fish to be wonderful. If its not I'll post another review but I am completely satisfied with the service.

Delivered as promised. Beautiful fillets of perch. Since we moved to Las Vegas the Friday Night fish fry was a thing of the past. Thanks to Walleye Direct we can have a fish fry whenever we want.

I live in Arizona and you can't find fresh water perch anywhere. Living on the lake in Wisconsin most of my life catching perch for dinner every night is something that I miss. Walleye Direct has the best Perch around. I just order 10 pounds of and had it shipped 2 day are and they were still perfectly frozen. I live in Florida and moved from Michigan in 1991. My all time favorite is Yellow Lake Perch. I loved how this came IQF and it was as good as the best perch I ever had.

Being a Michigan girl I grew up on fresh Lake Perch. The order I received tasted just like fresh. I dipped them lightly in flour and sauteed in olive oil and butter about 5 mins. They will melt in your mouth. The 5 lb order was still completey frozen after 2 days travel to Las Vegas. I will be ordering more soon.

The shipment came on time and the fish tasted and smelled like it had just come out of the water. I absolutely love the perch.
