Lake Perch Fillet -- 5 pound package of frozen butterfly fillets -- roughly 1 pound vacuum packs. These are skin on and filleted, so no bones minus a few that slip through.
These vary in size but are usually on the smaller side when they taste the best. Yellow Perch or Lake Perch are a cousin of the larger walleye, but taste very close. Like our other smaller fish we do the dirty work and clean the fish so it is ready for your pan.
Please note that this is "real" lake perch (Perca flavescens) from freshwater inland lakes. I have spoken with many customers who have ordered ocean perch or Lake Victoria perch from other sites online that are not the same fish.

Delicious... so enjoyed. I filleted a million blue gills in the past...but curious as to how you all clean mass quantities of the perch... Like the way the little buggers stay connected at the belly.... all done by hand?

It's amazing how many fillets you get in the 5 lb. package deal. Had to fry some up the very night I got them. Delicious flavor. Just like Mom used to make. Maybe I misread the order page but I swear somewhere in the website it said something about "individually wrapped". Not the case but I guess I can suffer through. The quality of the perch is excellent.

Ordered the lake perch fillets along with the walleye and can not say enough. Both are simply delicious ! Since down here from Indiana all the fish you can get is grouper and flounder. I longed for the fresh lake fish ! Now thanks to Walleye Direct i can now enjoy them again ! We placed the order on Sunday and it came right to our door on Wednesday still frozen in dry ice. We will definitely be placing an other order from Walleye Direct !

I can't say that we had the chance to enjoy the perch we bought because they were a gift for my husbands sister, as children they loved catching and eating them from the Saint Clair Michigan area. We can buy them ourselves locally, but sending them is very difficult, so we opted for Walleye Direct. They did an great job having what we wanted and a way to get it there for a special birthday gift. Great company.

First purchase was the Perch Fillets and Beer Batter Walleye. Everything arrived as expected, well packaged, and timely. I have since ordered more Perch as we still have some of the 10lbs of the Walleye left.
I am very happy to have found a source for Great Lakes fish. The only reason I did not give it a five is that it is a bit pricey on a per lb basis. Keep up the good work Walleye Direct team
