Eleven pounds of the finest frozen skinless Canadian Walleye fillets. These fillets are between 6 and 8 ounces and the skin was removed at the time of processing to make it easier for you.
This is our most popular item particularly for those that prefer to have fillets ready for the deep fryer or pan. These are from the same source (wild caught in Canada) and processor as the skin on fillets--we've just taken the skin off.
This product is vacuum-packed in roughly 1 pound packages and we also carry flash frozen (IQF) if you prefer that option.

After moving from the waters of the Missouri river I finally found a way to buy walleye through your company. I like the delivery to my house where it is still frozen and I can repackage and put in my freezer.. This is my second order and 11 pounds lasts us about 6 months. The fish still have good flavor after that time. Keep your pole in the water.

I took a chance ordering online for my favorite fish, Walleye. I was not disappointed, every filet was perfectly frozen, perfect size and so tasty. I grew up fishing in Michigan. Ordered 11lbs of the skinless walleye fillets on a Sunday evening, shipped on Monday, arrived completely frozen (packed with dry ice) on Wednesday. Pan fried a couple of filets this week (olive oil, butter, salt/pepper/garlic salt) couple of filets in the past week and they are great. I have a Foodsaver and I vacuum packed all the filets so they will last a long time in the freezer. Its been years since I have had walleye and its my favorite fish so I'm set for several months. Ordering from Walleye Direct is lot easier than catching and cleaning them!!

My mom, sister-in-law, and I bought these as a surprise for my brother for his birthday. My bro and I grew up fishing the lakes of Minnesota and eating walleye every summer, but here in Georgia walleye is nearly impossible to get. We ended up surprising him with a fish fry and he was amazed! The fish tasted fantastic!
I had some questions regarding the shipping and I sent an email to the sales dept and Peggy emailed me back within 24 hours with the answers. We needed it by the 19th of April and she said overnight it no later than the 15th to give us an extra day just incase. We had it overnighted and it came packed with dry ice.
The fillets were HUGE.
We will definately be repeat customers!
