Yellow Lake Perch Fillets - 5 lbs

Received a 5 lb. package for a birthday gift. We used to catch these fish steadily in Lake Michigan. Since moving here to Las Vegas 9 years ago, I have not found one restaurant that serves Yellow Perch (known to us back home as Lake Perch). Tasted my first batch right away and can say that nothing has changed...they are simply delicious. These frozen batches will last me a while, but when they are gone I hope my daughters replenish me with another birthday gift.

Haven't eaten any yet but it arrived in good shape I gifted most of it and I'm waiting on reviews from my friends since we have a good supply of walleye here I'm sure there going to love a perch dinner

I just ordered the 5 lb. package of Lake Perch. Upon arrival to Florida, the fish were well packaged and frozen harder than a brick bat! Just had a fish fry yesterday using the Perch and they were outstanding! I initially though I would remove the skin but decided to bread & fry with skin on. As I said, they were excellent and there in no reason to remove the skin. It simply disappears in a mouthful of deliciousness! Will definately buy again.

5lbs Yellow Perch Fillets

The Lake Perch was delicious. Fish was delivered to South Carolina. I was worried when I paid for next day and they shipped a day early for 2nd day, but the fish was still frozen

Since I Live in the desert where no one has heard of Friday Night Fish Frys, I decided it was worth ordering and having them sent to me (cheaper than flying in to WI just for a Perch fry) I was worried how they would come considering it was 110 degrees on the day then arrived and were on the UPS truck until 7pm that night, BUT, they were so well packed that they were still frozen, and individually frozen so I was able to take out how many I wanted to cook that night and put the rest in my freezer for next time. I breaded and deep fried them just like I always had them. Wow, they were fantastic!! Most of them are small, so they are very tender and no bones!!

We have gotten the perch so many times . We love it. Reminds of the days we ate perch from Lake Michigan..

When I was young I grew up on a farm and we would have perch all the time caught out of our creek. And up to about ten years ago you could buy perch fillets in the shops but not any more. So, I was just thrilled to see lake perch being offered at Walleye Direct. Our order was delivered quickly and on time and ice cold. The actual perch fillets were just spectacular. We had four generations of our family over for a fish dinner and everyone loved it! Be assured. we will be ordering more!.
