Eleven pounds of the finest frozen skinless Canadian Walleye fillets. These fillets are between 6 and 8 ounces and the skin was removed at the time of processing to make it easier for you.

This is our most popular item particularly for those that prefer to have fillets ready for the deep fryer or pan. These are from the same source (wild caught in Canada) and processor as the skin on fillets--we've just taken the skin off.

This product is vacuum-packed in roughly 1 pound packages and we also carry flash frozen (IQF) if you prefer that option.

Really nice beautiful size filets, came delivered promptly and in quick time. Dry ice had all evaporated so it was good delivery wasn't delayed,might be worth adding a little extra dry ice for insurance.
