Vac Pack Walleye Fillets - Skinless - 11 lbs

The walleye fillets arrived in good shape still frozen A DAY LATE! Dry ice was almost gone. I suspect not the fault of Walleye Direct but rather the carrier. The filets were seal packed with two filets per pack. They were much larger than I have gotten in previous orders but of equal high quality. Overall, very satisfied with the order.

The fish were awesome!! I'm from MN but moved to AZ 30+ years ago and was so happy to find you guys. Can't wait to try the Crappie

Received my 11 # box of walleye still frozen with each filet sealed. Fried them up with flour, corn meal and butter--and they taste just as great as they did when I caught them at Lake of the woods 60 years ago. Stores and restaurants in California do not offer Walleye, and at age 86, I'll be fishing with you from now on. Thanks for the great taste and service.

If you love walleye but can’t fish for them yourself, Walleye Direct is the way to go. I get the 11# box of IQF skinless fillets. We used to live in Walleye country in Minnesota, we now live on Lake Keowee in Salem South Carolina. We loved eating walleye up north and we don’t have it in our lakes down here. So we were happy to see a source for it on line. We are very happy with the quality of walleye we have received from walleye direct and plan to continue to purchase it and are recommending it to our friends.

Was not skinless, very fishy tasting

Order the walleye and it's delicious. Came extremely well packed. Fish was hard a a rock. My husband and I have been enjoying Fish and Chips. Yummy!

This product was no good for us, as it still had skin on & tasted very fishy. It was well packaged & arrived on time.

It was my own fault....I meant to order the wrapped fillets! The loose ones I got look great with minimal breakage. Plan to have a fish fry with family soon to eat up the unvacuum-sealed ones.

It arrived completely frozen with a lot dry ice still in place. The fish were individually frozen with three nice sized fillets in each package... The quality of the fish was excellent and after dipping in eggs and milk with a final coating of our favorite breading (Frying Magic) fried up to perfection. The best eating fish ANYWHERE!

Delicious tasting walleye! Would have been a five star review, if it weren't for some bones "small so they weren't a big deal". The only other thing would be if each fillet was packaged separately for single/ smaller gatherings. I was able to break off what I wanted to eat from the frozen fillets by putting one end on a table, and putting my weight on the other end and pressing down. I will be purchasing more when this catch dries up.

The best trout I have ever enjoyed bar none! My only complaint, is that there are still bones for a product advertised as filleted. Still, the taste is not like a fish tank, very clean, absolutely, delicious. Would still highly recommend, will still reorder, but if the fish bone thing could be worked out, that would be great.

The walleye arrived in perfect condition and went directly into my freezer except for one package of three filets which were promptly thawed and cooked. I love walleye and consider it the gold standard for freshwater seafood. I pan fried them in some EVO and butter with a bunch of fresh herbs and lemon.

I don't live anywhere near the part of the US where walleye is abundant and readily available so we look to WALLEYE DIRECT to satisfy our need to eat one of the best freshwater fish on Earth. I am 76 now and really don’t have the desire to go to Canada as in the past to get those wonderful little morsels of Walleye The only way to experience the best Walleye is to have them fresh just after the catch on an open fire in a iron skillet with plenty of butter, WOW IS THAT SOME GOOD. But if you want a very close second, these will take you back to your shore lunches on the lake They came as and when they were advertised, couldn’t be HAPPIER
