Vac Pack Walleye Fillets - Skinless - 11 lbs

Thanks for providing a taste of Walleye to Arizona! It reminded my of my time in Minnesota. Fillets where exactly as advertised. Two fillets weighing about 1 pound per package. The fish was firm and tasted like it was just caught.

We saltwater fish the Texas Gulf Coast and eat a lot of Redfish and Speckled Trout. The Walleye fillets are a cleaner tasting fish. This latest batch are very large. A single fillet is a meal.
