Vac Pack Walleye Fillets - Skinless - 11 lbs

First walleye we’ve had since we were at Lake of the Woods during the week of 9/11. Very happy with what with what we have received. Will order again. Crappie is #1 in our book followed by Walleye.

It has been decades since I was able to get walleye again! Grew up in WI. I now have the opportunity to bring back those memories of eating walleye and perch. The fish and flavor was fantastic!

Living in Arizona Sonoran Desert fish is not the easiest to buy other than Swordfish, Tuna, etc., fish like Walleye needs to be ordered. I love fish and always have since the mid 1950's, then locating Walleye Direct I decided to order and I'm glad did.

My husband had been thinking about ordering your walleye for many months. I was thinking about what to get him for Valentine’s Day this year and decided to order your walleye skinless 11 pound package. When we received it it was still frozen. It came divided into 11, one pound packages. Each package is perfect for a meal for both of us. The walleye is the closest I have found to tasting like the walleye we used to catch when I was a kid on our fishing trips up in Ontario, Canada. I would recommend this walleye to everyone.

Since I moved away from North Dakota, I’ve missed the taste of Walleye. I found walleyedirect.com a few years ago and have ordered from them ever since. A walleye fishing trip back home would cost way more than what I can order these fillets for and they show up at my door still completely frozen and they taste just like the ones I used to pull out of Lake Sakakawea.

Frozen when we received in CA from MI. Arrived fast, cold and nicely packed in meal size portions. Ordered for my husbands birthday, so we could have a Michgan style fish fry here in California. It was delicious!

I though that they would be boneless, they were not. the small strip of bones were very easy to remove. the fillets were very tasty. I love the 1 lb. packaging. they came completing frozen and I live in Oregon. Would buy them again. I live on the Columbia River and use to catch a lot of walleye before I got disabled. The fillets are right on in serving size. Neatly packed and very clean in appearance. Just like when I filleted my fresh water catches. The company does a great job making sure the product ships safe and right on schedule. Some people say they are expensive but if you ever fished for walleye or any fish counting travel lodging licensing and gear these walleye are really low cost. If there was a way to vac-pac fish one fillet per pac it would be Ideal for us solo seniors. We tend to eat less and would prefer not to have to eat back to back meals of the fish. We also would not do well storing a quantity of the IQF packaging. All in all I am entirely satisfied with the quality of the walleye!

Purchased Walleye on Walleye Direct over the Christmas Holiday. Received the package and was please to see that the product I received was sealed in vacuum bags. One suggestion I would like to make. Could you seal in smaller portions sizes. Fish was great with minimal prep required. Will buy from Walleye Direct again.
