Eleven pounds of the finest frozen skinless Canadian Walleye fillets. These fillets are between 6 and 8 ounces and the skin was removed at the time of processing to make it easier for you.

This is our most popular item particularly for those that prefer to have fillets ready for the deep fryer or pan. These are from the same source (wild caught in Canada) and processor as the skin on fillets--we've just taken the skin off.

This product is vacuum-packed in roughly 1 pound packages and we also carry flash frozen (IQF) if you prefer that option.

When you're craving walleye and if you live in an area where there is none to be had, nothing else will do. I ordered 11 lbs of skinless fillets and am very pleased with the quality of the fillets and taste. I was concerned upon receiving it because some of the tape was loosened and I feared a walleye bandit may be to blame. But the interior was intact and there was still dry ice keeping it frozen.
