5 pounds of individually vacuum packed and frozen skin-on lake trout fillets.

These used to be packed in 11 pound boxes and now we're packing in 5 pound boxes for your convenience.

Large fillets are between 10-18 ounces. Wild caught in USA and vacuum packed for freshness.

Lake Trout is becoming very popular and a healthy option full of Omega 3. It's a fattier fish and in the salmon family.

the walleye was delicious. It came within days of our order. packed well with an extra layer of plastic wrapping. Shipping was a bit pricey, but that's the way it goes! I just tried to order enough to make it well worth it!! thank you so much.

First rate Lake Trout, individually packaged in natural liquids and flash frozedn. Slow thaw and Olive Oil Sautee was terrific, and pan fired as even better.
