Alchemy Web Development hereby grants to Walleye Direct a limited, non-exclusive, 
non-transferable, non-assignable license to use any of Alchemy Web Development' 
IP Rights to the extent such IP Rights are needed by Customer to use or 
modify the Customer's Website ( https://www.walleyedirect.com ) or in connection with
Customer's marketing or promotional materials as contemplated by the 
Specification, but for no other purpose whatsoever. Such license shall 
only be assignable by customer in connection with all or substantially 
all the assets of the "Walleye Direct" business.
