      The shore Lunch makes a great beer batter for the Lake Perch and skinless Walleye. However, the 9 oz box doesn't go very far. Please bring back the 3.4 lb box for the serious user. [ed. Sorry Chuck, they acted as a heat sink and had lots of complaints]

      We have to ask our relatives in Minnesota to send a care package of this stuff, can't find Shore Lunch in southern California. We use butter flavored crisco or the real stuff and it's to Die for. Todd says it ain't fried fish without SHORE LUNCH. We use it for breading anything, it's that good.
